My favorite metal/metal core bands of choice are:

- Chiodos
- Motionless In White
- The Devil Wears Prada (Seen live)
- Miss May I
- Parkway Drive
- August Burns Red (Seen live twice)
- Texas In July (Seen live)
- Attila
- Suicide Silence

If i had to choose my top 3 favorite from my list above it would be Chiodos, August Burns Red because Matt Greiner is the most bad ass drummer alive and third would be Motionless in White because Chris Motionless' vocals are heavenly.

I've heard this. It's interesting to listen too. Here's a band that I loved years back but they split up. Now they're back with stuff like this

Okay, well of the bands I listed BTBAM, The Human Abstract, Sikth, and Art By Numbers are considered metalcore. Opeth + Insomnium are melodic death metal and Epica is symphonic metal.
