Okay, I've seen that a lot of people have voted for 3x xp rate instead of 1xp.

What's the point in having a runescape remake if xp is going to be like a standard RSPS.

If you look at the amount of people that went onto 06scape looking for a runescape remake that were willing to play at 1xp, why not have something closer to that here? It may increase the amount of players.

I also think 3x is a little too high. I would prefer 1.5 or 2x exp instead. I would rather not have slow 1x just because that's way too much work for a private server.

1.5xp is highly do-able, either that or 1xp would be my preference.

Yes but this is not a rsps it's a remake of runescapes base. If it was a private server you'd see custom creations that programmers have designed, and that is not what this server is about. Look at 06scape (Yes I know I'm referring to it.), They have 1000 players willing to play with 1x exp, and that means that RuneRebels could easily get that much players to play with 1x exp.

Runescape remakes pretty much fall under the umbrella of RSPS. It all started by one game. Private server or not it's irrelevant. The reason "1000's of players play 06scape" is because they have no other alternative. They didn't have a choice in whether it was 1x exp or not, and if they did then most of the players weren't there at that time. If this server turns into a 1x server then there goes half the players we already have. I'd much rather get a 99 on Runescape then on a RSPS.

I think that 3x is just enough because it already takes weeks to get 99's

I agree as-well. I just don't want to spend all my time re-training my stats at 1x. If it's 2x it's still got the realistic feel without having to grind your life completely away, and you can still train your stats up high enough to have fun without being completely maxed in a matter of weeks. 3x was really fast. I found that out on my other account reaching skills higher than I had expected to in 1-2 days time.

So far, playing on 2x seems perfect. I've gone through lots of RSPS and would hate to have to earn ANOTHER 99 on ANOTHER 1x server. I wouldn't mind 1.5x either.

Well it's not like anyone has gotten levels on 2x that overboard quick.

Think of it this way: To get a 99 on RuneRebels would be like getting 92 on Runescape.

Most players who played during 2006 are much older now and don't have the same amount of time as in middle/high school.
