Jmod's kinda confirmed the ring of wealth was worthless because all it does is decrease the chance of getting nothing //empty drops.
Since the runerebels droppingsystem doesn't support empty drops, this ring would be worthless anyway, and even if everything worked, it would still be a pain in the ass since the effect of the ring would be so small considering the blanco drop rate of dust devils are already real small

Didn't the ring of wealth double the chances of getting rare drops? If not then that must have been a common myth back in the 2006 days.
