Can anyone give a general overview of the slayer skill in its current state?

Like, what masters are currently in-game (besides Turael), any soon-to-be-released updates, etc.

Turael has made me kill 14984789354.5 goblins and I'm just looking for more of a challenge

Vannaka gives a lot of tasks you can't do though. The best ones are probably Ogres, Green Drags, and Ice warriors/giants.

To piggy-back off this comment - if Vannaka gives you an assignment that can't be completed, or one you just don't like, you can start the dialogue again with him to get a new task.  You can ask him until you get a task you like.  I suppose this will be around until all possible slayer monsters are released.
