Actually, Martyn from Yogscast made a video about it asking his subscribers if they wanted him to make a series for it. (The crazy thing is that the admin of this server actually took the map, which was made public by another, smaller youtuber.) ("Took" is too strong of a word. He used it.) Anyways, so this youtuber fucking whines like shit on Martyn's video about how he stole his map, but his map is public..so it doesn't make any sense. The owner also is independently developing all the plugins atm.
Anyways, regarding construction, there are plans to add it.

that would be interesting if i see construction added... Construction is literally my sell point for any RSPS if I am going to try out another. If i see "construction" i'm just like "yes please!". Since Minecraft is about building, this should be fairly easy to add
