If you read on this link you can find out roughly what it is. basically you invite people and they invite people and you get a whole bunch of people in your crowd. then you start to make money off of it somehow. they dont require any really personal information other than email. and they don't ask for credit cards or anything. so worst case ontario you waste some time.
