Xp leveling Question?

Hi everyone!

Is the xp rate 1.0* insteak of fast leveling like 1.5*?
Just the same way like the old runescape was, I'm not meaning RS classic.
The year 2002 - 2005 and maybe 2006.

Don't listen to them, their both wrong. The exp is rate 1.99997x exactly. I hope that answers your question.
