When I go to the mining portion of tutorial Island I climb down the ladder the screen and minimap turn black and now I can't move or do anything. If you can delete my char info or some how fix this it would be much appreciated. If you need more info just say so.

No, it's stuck on the tut dialogue and I can't do anything to change it. This is a very odd issue.

Try deleting the servers Cache in your C Drive. it should be named this..
