New Quest Developer!

Good after-evening RuneRebels!

Today, we have promoted yet another Quest Developer.

Dug has been around for a long time, and started out as a Player Moderator on the other RSPS we host (Worldscape), and has become a great community member and moderator of RuneRebels as well!

Please help me welcome Dug to the development team!
