I don't have a problem at all with anyone wanting to make money off their business, regardless the business.  And that includes profit.

These new American owners don't have the love of the game.  They don't care about the game at all.  They are there only to rob the members dry, and then more then likely destroy the game completely.

However, my biggest complaint is their horrible customer service.   Or lack there of.

I've always said, I can get a hamburger from any restaurant.  What brings me back, and makes me 'want' to spend my money, is the customer service.
