Sorry if the question seems stupid, but are law talismans obtainable at the moment, and if they are, how could I obtain one?

EDIT: I've been told that one could be acquired as a drop, would anyone happen to know the NPC?

shouldn't be able to rc them anyway untill the update for troll stronghold comes out though?

They are a quest reward from Troll Stronghold I think.  Can't be obtained from monsters that was after 2007 or so

Agreed, and besides I think lost city should come out first, its easier to do anyway and it releases cosmics

I agree also about Cosmics.  I just wish that the npc that are known to drop laws would be made a little less rare.  Just until the quest for the law tally comes out.
