Okay so i got an question to ask the RR community.
My following question is :
1) Is there an cutoff date on this RS06 remake?
If there is what date?
2) Crossbows is an must in the game. Since it will
make the Combat Triangle fair. Rangers dont have
advantage against mages and melee's without cb's
aka crossbows. Because there is no augury or no
such thing to boost range bonus. So shortbows dont
really deal any damage. Will crossbows be added?

Im becoming an range tank and i find the Combat Triangle
aint fair , mages and melees got prayer bonuses + better
damage ; melees (Dragon weps) mages (Ice barrage)
Please add the crossbows into game. Thank you!

They plan on adding the content that came with the big updates in December 2006, but that won't be for a while. I'm sure the shortbows/longbows can be configured to deal the right amount of damage.

Because melee's and mager's can use Dragonfire Shields as 2nd slot (Shield) rangers cant if their using a shortbow/longbow.

They will make their way in once the next update from 2006 is added. I'm pretty sure that they won't worry about that update until quests are pumping out pretty well, and add a lot of other content. I'd think that they'd add everything from this current update before they go about adding more.

I would love them to add the December update, it brings soo much new stuff like Hunting, Construction (if they can perfect this, i will cry in a corner of happiness), skillcapes, crossbows, and so much more@!

There's a lot to be done before thinking of going all the way to December updates. I would like crossbows eventually for ranged, even though it's always my least trained skill. If they do end up going to December, I just hope they don't add skillcapes.

This. There's really nothing to counter them. Sure melee has barrows, but melee should be the stronger one against rangers anyways. And even barrows has their weaknesses and enchanted bolts... Well, doesn't. Bolts use crossbow so that's shield + for rangers, which makes them even stronger.

According to this thread, the cutoff date is May, and metallic crossbows were added in late July, so no crossbows will be added except for the phoenix and regular one.

I guess you don't range huh? Crossbows and ava's were great addition range items that range people hardly get, While melee has MANY different items for their characters.

why would they go to december and not add skillcapes, if they go to december, they are adding in everything from december... not selections.
