When can I play!

My account was one of the accounts stuck on world 1 and that was like 7 hours ago and I haven't been able to log on since. When can I start playing!

7 hours? Geez
I'm no developer so I couldn't tell you for sure but maybe a server restart might be needed to get all of those bugged accounts logged off
