I've been having trouble recently with RuneRebels. Yesterday (June 8th, 2015), my client lost connection and I was unable to log into my account. Last time a problem like this occurred, I was able to log into my alternate accounts. However, this time it didn't work (all of my alts gave the same message when I tried to log in).

I made a new account to see what would happen, and it seems to be working fine. I don't understand what's going on :L



TL;DR: I can't log into ANY of my accounts, but I can make new accounts, so it's probably not a client thing?

I just saw these threads above, and it appears rebooting the server would fix it. This problem has been quite common; so far I've seen six people affected by this issue (Me, Garnu, Black, MrHebb, Nij, and Thoby). Perhaps a permanent solution to this would be to have the server reboot systematically every 24h?

I'm not sure my problem back in the day was that I couldn't log in to RuneRebels, it was more of a perpetual blitz error.

Though, I have just notified Ryan that the server needs to be rebooted again.

Hey all,

It's been 10 days since all my accounts glitched out; I'm still unable to log-in.
I'm currently doing exams and stuff, so it's no big deal; I'd like to be able to go on any of my accounts once in a while though.

Hopefully we'll find a fix,
