I believe approximately it cost 30$ a month to mantain the server. Every bit of donation goes towards the server itself. If anyone were to donate nothing would go anywhere else and none of the staff members get paid for doing their job.

Close. It costs, with the VPS for the website included, approximately 40$ to maintain VPS's. It also costs approximately 60$ for Ryan's internet/electricity bill.
