.jar please

please make a compatible .jar file, reasoning behind this is because my friend cannot play unless he uses the webclient, which makes his computer lag, thank you.

I'm sorry but compatible for what? Without more information this seems like you saying something like "my game doesn't work, fix it" it's very hard to pinpoint what you are talking about without specific information

when you run "loader" it says something like "please launch the loader from the included launch file"

He needs to run it from the .bat. Before the .jar loads, the .bat reaches to the loginserver for info.

Not necessarily the bat, but the bat sends arguments to the jar and the jar reaches the config file from the server.
I'm able to run the Jar (without bat) from a shortcut i made (all i did was edit the shortcut path and add on the arguments so the path looks like this: "loader.jar -configurl http://www.runerebels.com/resources/config.agf")
