In the quest Goblin Diplomacy it's not possible to search crates for the goblin mail thus making the quest in unfinishable.

Currently, you can only get goblin mail through killing goblins. However we will look into goblin mail being obtainable through the crates in that area, to correctly match 2006 or OSRS. Thanks for the bug report!

Just did some digging and found that back then in 2005-2006 (the era that our server is based on), the only way to obtain Goblin Mail was through killing goblins.

"If you do not have the goblin mail beforehand, the fastest way to obtain goblin mail is to either kill goblins there, or look around general stores. Occasionally, people sell them into stores for a small profit, which then you can buy from for about 40gp each. The drop rate for goblin mail from goblins is about 1/20."

We will look into our drop rates for Goblin Mail and see if it needs adjusting, however we can confirm that you are able to complete Goblin Diplomacy in RuneRebels.

I remember it taking me so long to find Goblin Mail that I was unsure if they dropped it or not
