This is just for the Webclient. When you go to see who's online, before you choose your world, the background is really hard to see with the text. The further you go down the page (a.k.a the more players that are playing) the harder it gets to see.

Can that be fixed, Please?

As far as I know that feature won't be around for much longer so it shouldn't really matter, the players online will be accessed through the website the same way it's done with RuneScape. Or I should hope so since we're a remake.
