Tech Support / Help! I can't login to game

I have the Runerebels client, it loads perfectly the game but as I start logging to my character in game, It dosn't log in.
It shows message: Error connecting to server.
I've tried to log in firsrt to the web site of Runerebels and then login to my character but it doesnt work either.
Can some one help me please. I really like this game.

General / Xp leveling Question?

Hi everyone!

Is the xp rate 1.0* insteak of fast leveling like 1.5*?
Just the same way like the old runescape was, I'm not meaning RS classic.
The year 2002 - 2005 and maybe 2006.
