you guys just dont get it, people used to look for remakes like this one with low experience because they wanted to relieve oldschool rs era. Jagex already brought oldschool servers back. Why would anyone playing oldschool servers with low xp rates...? When they can just play jagex's server which is 100% bug free and has a much bigger community. Just think about it.

I know many people might disagree with this at first. But honestly the only way any oldschool server has a chance at being successful now after jagex released the 07 servers is having xp rates. This way the people who simply dont have the time to train with 1x xp will join them. Anyone looking for an oldschool server with low xp rates will join jagex's oldschool server. People will not continue to join the server i can assure you that. Anyone looking for Oldschool private servers will be looking for ones with xp rates of atleast x5+.

Im suggesting this, not to be in the game forever, but just till bugs are fixed. This would be very helpful incase players are stuck because of none working ladders etc. This way even if they dont have runes the can use home teleport. This way mods/admins wouldnt have to be getting them unstuck. This bugs are very common with new servers specially, and I really dont see how this update could harm the community.
