Title: Blitz error while fletching

So I was woodcutting and fletching in Seer's village, and it was fine for a while, but when I clicked on a tree to cut it down, I got an error. I took screenshots and you can see them here: https://imgur.com/a/4mO25

I have been having similar issues while mining a particular coal rock in the fally mine, I wonder if this issue of object related?

Tested, seems to be fixed.
