Title: Stuck in tutorial dialogue

I'm in Lumbridge but cannot seem to access any of my menus. Additionally, I can't type anything in-game because the "moving around" context blocks my chatbox. How can I fix this?

I could solve this, but only whenever you're actually ingame :(
