Title: Fire tiaras do not give Runecrafting xp

When making Fire tiaras using the Fire altar, no Runecrafting experience is given.

I don't know if this applies to other tiara types.

I've checkd and it doesn't give rc xp when making air tiaras also i guess the rest is same.
