Title: Music + Effect volume

Perhaps during the 2.0, have these two things fixed :? I tend to use low detail because of the music when you log out but I like the sound effects. Currently, lowering either one of them don't work unless you turn them completely off.

Also, the music system needs reworking eventually because it still doesn't fade when a new song starts.
