Well, good luck with your goal.Although it's sorta small (Reminds me of James and his...  ::)) since rank 1 rc is only 1.4m xp
You should go for 99 rc. Although that may already be taken by someone...(No,not me)

Good luck, however one month preparing for a skill is a lot of time.

Just keep your fingers crossed that Prayer doesn't focus in on Runecrafting xD

Keep in mind that you will have to craft 1303444 essence into air runes to get 1-99 Runecrafting.

i will start in 1 months because i have many things to do before, i cannot be 70rc while being 50combat for example xD (i know i can, but i dont want to)  i like having all my skills at least 30 , 40 , 50 +.....
