Can somebody tell me how i can get to it,it seems that i need to go into gnome stronghold can someone tell me if i am mistaken and tell me how i can get to cosmic alter thanks,

if you can private message me in game and show me that would be greatly appreciated

You have to do the Lost City quest but it hasn't been released yet. It's no where near the gnome place :p. As for now, the cosmic altar is out of reach.
