I don't know if it's just me but is anyone else feeling like this server is slowly turning into RS06? I mean it's weeks inbetween simple updates...

That's because Ryan isn't back yet. They have loads of updates ready. Same with quests.

I've been in College for two years and you don't get a lot of work the first few weeks of the semester.

I'm just saying, this is exactly like RS06. First the lack of updates, then the reasons/excuses which may or not be true...

There is picture proof that Ryan was in the hospital and missed his first day of college. If you can't deal with waiting for people's real life problems to be resolved for the sake of a game then chances are you won't fit in with this community.

The least you could do is post the thread, otherwise he won't fully understand the situation.

I understand he is ill and all but this is also the same problem RS06 had, only one person had access to server related stuff.

Yea hopefully the server files will be trusted with either kevin or bill soon.

It's not easy to give the files to a project like this to someone. It's not really a problem, it's a matter of trust. Obviously there are many other servers out there with owners who don't feel comfortable handing their source to others to help work on.
