Does anyone have information about the law talisman? Is it available in-game yet?

I was wondering this as well, and I would like to know if death and blood tallys are in the game also?

Law talismen is a reward from the unreleased troll stronghold quest, you have to wait. Death is from mournings end part 2. blood was released in 2008 or 2009.
