I REALLY want to start Runecrafting, but there's no way for me to do it ;~;

I think you can get others from drops, from other players..

What drops them then? I farmed goblins for forever and they never dropped it, and that Air Wizard is too powerful for me. And Why would someone sell it if you can only get one of them right now?
