Why don't you do refunds? after someone gets hacked?

There's to much that can go wrong. If they don't have hard evidence that you were hacked then not much can be done. Also if one person gets refunded then there's going to be hundreds of people that were 'hacked' who need refunds.

if you got hacked before the 18th, send me a pm and we can refund at least a part of what you lost.
