you can buy every piece (except kite shield, you could just get a sq shield instead) from shops j/s :P

platebody shop in varrock
helmet shop in barb village
leg shop in alkharid
shield shop in falador
and if you want a weapon too sword shop in varrock/scimitar store alkharid
