This ad wasn't placed on his forums, by the look of it you have installed a coupon program that has installed ad-ware onto your computer. "Click to Continue > by Coupon Companion Plugin" is created by this ad-ware taking key terms when you are browsing "make some money" and turning them into links that make them money when you click them.
