Hey there,

There's currently no way to access monsters like  fire giants or black demon, which are the main rune weapons droppers.  At the moment, we still have to train with that addy long, which is pretty annoying.

I know devs and admins are busy with fixes, but I believe the drops are already coded in for the fire giants and demons.  So giving us the access to some more npc would be simple and really appreciated.  Maybe just open the brimhaven dungeon entrance or the edgeville one.
